$CHAOS

$CHAOS is NTRPY’s ecosystem burn token, the NTRPY NFT activation key, and the first NTRPY Capital deployment.

Where the burns come from

CHAOS trades · 1% fee NFT activation · 33,333 today Treasury platform-fee income Buyback and burn Dead address 70% of fees burned
TradingEvery CHAOS curve trade pays a 1% base fee. The payout’s 70% share funds buybacks and burns.
ActivationNFT holders burn CHAOS to activate: 33,333 today, Safe-adjustable between 10,000 and 500,000 on 24 hours’ notice. NFTs qualifying at a settlement snapshot share Capital proceeds; later curated NFT rounds use their published eligibility roots.
RevenueTreasury policy matches its platform fee income with CHAOS burned from its allocation at the month’s average price. After exhaustion, half of that fee income funds market buybacks and burns.
Every source ends at the dead address. The burned total is a public onchain number.

Supply and launch

1,000,000,000 CHAOS. Here is where it goes and what each part costs.

One curve, four stages. Capital’s disclosed creator buy runs at creation. NFT and whitelist rounds each execute one pooled buy at a common price; contributors claim tokens and unused quote. The public CHAOS round then accepts individual trades.

For the initial CHAOS NFT round, campaign-qualifying NFTs must have been staked for at least 24 hours at the published snapshot. Campaign points determine wallet caps. CHAOS activation is not required for this initial round. The membership list and root must be published and verified before launch. Later NFT rounds and Capital settlements retain their activation requirements.

Your allocation comes from your staking points or your whitelist spot. You can put in up to three times that. If the stage does not fill, the extra bids split what is left and any unused USDG comes back to you. Tokens and unused quote become claimable when your stage executes. Claimed tokens can trade when the CHAOS round opens.

NTRPY Capital

NTRPY Capital buys the first 10% with the collection's royalties. When the market opens, the position holds that CHAOS and receives the launch's 15% Capital fee share for seven days. Then the whole position, fees included, is paid out in CHAOS to every activated NFT. The Capital Safe controls deployment for the first day, then anyone may deploy.

Settlement needs a ready snapshot with custody and activation ages of at least 24 hours. The Safe has the first 24 hours after the hold to settle with a swap floor, then anyone may settle. The permissionless settlement swaps quote into CHAOS only at or above the graduation reference price less 10%; otherwise the quote is distributed as quote. Recorded holders claim the resulting assets, including any collected fees.

Activation burns the activation fee in CHAOS (33,333 at launch, Safe-adjustable between 10,000 and 500,000 on 24 hours’ notice) and makes an NFT eligible for Capital settlements after the staking and activation cutoff. Settlement amounts vary and are not guaranteed to exceed the burn.

The CHAOS round

After the whitelist stage, the curve opens to everyone at a $129k valuation. This is the CHAOS round.

For the first 60 seconds every trade pays a tax that starts at 99% and falls to zero. Buy now and pay the tax, or wait for a lower surcharge while trading changes the curve price. The countdown and the live tax are on screen the whole time. The full mechanics are on The CHAOS round page.

After the minute it is a normal curve. Each wallet can buy up to 1% of supply. The round ends when the curve reaches its ceiling or a deadline closes under the floor/extension rules.

Graduation uses the curve reserve and any pool-directed buy tax. If the curve closes before the ceiling, available unsold tokens can match the extra quote at the last curve price. At the ceiling, sellable inventory is exhausted; pool-directed buy tax adds quote without another token counterpart, so the pool opens above the last curve price. Unsold surplus burns for $CHAOS.
