Every launch runs on one bonding curve. You choose the tier, set the terms, and the launch page shows all of it before you sign.
Publish the terms
Market terms cannot change after launch. The wizard walks through them in five steps.
Identity only. Nothing here touches the market.
Any order for the first two. Together at most 70% of the target.
Reserved supply and the Capital round appear on curated applications.
Express fixes the per-wallet cap at 2% of supply or less. Express and public stay inside the bounds on the Reference page. Curated launches may exceed them, and every exception is listed on the launch page.
Set the rounds
A round is a pooled purchase. Contributors deposit during the window, the round buys the curve once when it closes, and everyone in it pays the same price.
ROUND
Capital
Curated only, first round if used.
- The position deposits its disclosed budget; a preceding holder vote is optional for Safe-created launches
- Holds its tokens through the CHAOS round
ROUND
NFT holders
Public and curated.
- Staked and activated NTRPY NFTs at a snapshot
- Cap grows with NFTs held: eight or more 1.25x, a full set of Marks 1.5x
ROUND
Whitelist
Public and curated.
- Wallets, X accounts, or NFT holders you choose
- One cap for all, or a cap per address when the platform has per-address caps switched on
| Rule | Value |
|---|---|
| Which rounds | Public launches pick the NFT holder round, the whitelist round, both in either order, or none. Curated launches use Capital, then NFT holders, then whitelist, with optional rounds omitted |
| Round length | 10 minutes to 12 hours each, max |
| Total time | Configured round durations total at most 48 hours; a delayed execution can extend the elapsed schedule |
| Total size | Configured public-round quote caps total at most 70% of the target; creator buys and fees also affect the reserve left for public trading |
| Cap per wallet | How much each wallet can put into the round. You choose the number. A uniform cap has to be at least 0.1% of the target, so the round stays open to real buyers; a per-address list sets each cap itself |
| Overflow | A wallet can deposit up to 3x its cap; what is not used comes back at claim. The refund is its own leg: if it cannot be delivered it stays claimable and can be sent to another address |
| Filled early | A round that reaches its total cap can be executed at once; overflow deposits do not close it |
| Unfilled size | Moves to the next round; after the last round it stays on the curve |
Set the creator buy
You can buy some of your own token the moment it launches, before anyone else, at the starting price. Up to 20% of the target. You can lock those tokens for up to four years; they unlock a little every day and everyone can see the schedule on the launch page. No lock means they land in your wallet right away.
Apply for a curated launch
- 01Lock in an NFTStake an NTRPY NFT and commit it to the application, which locks it until a week after the date you want to launch (the vault accepts a commit of up to 90 days).
- 02Fill in the applicationYour launch settings, any tokens you want to set aside for the team or partners, how much you are asking NTRPY Capital for, who is on the team, and anything holders should know.
- 03Review and voteThe team checks nothing is missing. Then NFT holders vote for one to three days.
- 04Pick a time and launchIf it passes, choose a launch time within the next seven days and announce it at least a day ahead. What launches is exactly what holders approved.
Passing review means the application is complete. It is not a recommendation. After launch you keep your share of the trading fees and decide where it is paid. See Fees and control.
