Fees and control

Every launch has a fee contract. It collects the creator's share of trading fees, and two roles decide where that share goes and who can change it.

CURVE TRADECREATOR SHAREWHO CAN CHANGE IT 1% base fee Payout address Controller, or holders 70% is the creator share claims the share any time by delay, or by vote the other 30% goes to NTRPY Capital and the treasury and never moves

Two roles

ROLE

Controller

Decides where the share is paid.

  1. 01Change the payout addressTakes effect after 24 hours. Can be cancelled before then. No vote.
  2. 02Hand over controlNames a successor who accepts after three days. Permanent once accepted. No vote.

ROLE

Payout

Receives the share.

  1. 01ClaimFees wait in the contract until the payout claims them. Whatever was earned stays with whoever earned it.
  2. 02Share with holdersA holder-sharing payout contract is a deferred proposal. The current platform does not implement that split.

At creation the creator holds both roles.

Community takeover

Token holders can replace the controller and the payout without asking. The creator chooses at creation whether the launch allows it, and the launch page shows the setting. Where it is on, takeover opens 30 days after graduation.

  1. 01SponsorA candidate publishes its controller, payout address, and plan on the token page. Holders lock 3% of supply behind it.
  2. 02RespondThe current controller has seven days to answer. It cannot hand control to someone else while the proposal is live.
  3. 03VoteThree days, For or Against, with tokens locked for the vote. If quorum lands with under 12 hours left, the vote extends so 12 hours remain.
  4. 04ExecuteAfter a 48-hour delay, anyone can execute within seven days. Both roles move to the candidate.
Rule Value
Sponsorship 3% of supply, locked until the proposal ends
Quorum 15% of supply
Approval 60% of votes cast
One at a time Yes
After a loss A pair defeated at quorum or expired waits 30 days; a pair that only missed quorum waits 7 days

Abandoned fees

Every launch has this, whether takeover is on or off. If 30 days pass with nobody claiming the payout and no action from the controller, holders can run the takeover above. A payout claim restarts the 30 days. A payout change or a handover step by the controller during the response period cancels a proposal that opened this way and restarts the clock. A proposal that opened by election goes to its vote whatever the controller does.

What control cannot touch

Control moves the creator share of future fees. Nothing else: not supply, not the curve, not past fees, not the locked liquidity, not the split, not NTRPY Capital, not another launch.
